Losing over 30 pounds has been the most exhilarating feeling! I have learned how to be perseverant while training on this strength and conditioning program all the while maintaining a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

I’ve learned that you don’t have to be an extremist in order to reach your target body weight and goals — consistency is key and small daily progress is what did it for me.

David has gradually pushed me beyond my limits and I am grateful to him for this massive transformation!
