I wish to share my experience in training with now one of my favorite friends: his name is David Kadoch.

I was suggested to call him for a possible group class. I’ll never regret it!

David has a special approach with people and anyone who would try it will come out so thrilled that life changes suddenly, as soon one is willing to be an obedient learner in the field of “feeling good”.

No one can imagine what David is capable to accomplish with an individual until he is involved in the experiment which becomes literally a “joie de vivre”. This is all with David’s patience an understanding of human beings.

I am proud to say that the goal we had planned came to realization after progressive, intense and regular exercise! I lost 25 pounds!

Discipline, regularity, optimism, positive reinforcement, everything in the same package!

I recommend anybody wanting to increase their health or wanting to lose weight to try my experience.

Life is beautiful and all who want it can grasp it!

Actually, on my own, I still train and follow all that I learned with David and, of course keep up with all the good habits; exercising and eating healthy.

Thank God David was on my “route”!
