After my third child, I was unsurprisingly carrying an extra 20 pound. I decided that sitting at home and feeling sorry for myself wasn’t going to get rid of the weight and decided to get a trainer. My cousin said she knew someone who gets results. That's when I met David.
For the first few weeks I didn't believe that what we were doing was going to work but every 2 weeks at weigh-in I found myself shedding pounds.
The workouts were challenging yet effective. I lost 15 kilos (so far). I went back to work and everyone was shocked at the transformation. The best part of the weight loss is that I can now run and lead an active lifestyle with my kids.
David taught me how to make better food choices, how to have effective workouts and taught me different tricks to help me get the weight off all without depriving myself. My journey has began and I thank David for helping me get a good head start.
