My journey started about three and a half months ago when I was fed up of being heavy, out of energy and exhausted all the time. I had recently kicked the habit and I was ready to resurface my youthful self.

I reached out to David about helping me on my quest down from 207 lbs as I heard good things about him. He took me under his wing and I am very grateful as he has guided me diligently to my goal reaching 170 lbs in 3 months.
