ABOUT
I have always found it hard to keep still. During school I tried all of the physical activities I came across: volleyball, tee-ball, softball, netball, athletics, rock climbing, cycling, and even tap dancing! From the age of 9, I was captain of my mixed football team and continued to play until my late teens when I tore my ACL. After having a reconstructive surgery, I found my way into the world of strength training!
Lifting weights quickly made a big impact on my life so I attained my Certificate IV in Fitness and now look to help those who never felt fully comfortable in a mainstream gym.
I understand that not all people want to train for "fat loss". Some people exercise to maintain their health, clear their minds, socialise, and / or have some fun! Therefore my sessions usually involve laughter and lightheartedness, as well as encouragement and motivation.
If you want to work up a sweat, stretch it out, improve mobility, build muscle, tone-up, lose fat or hang out with one of the coolest people you'll ever meet - all whilst listening to great tunes - get in touch today!
